When I talk with other security industry sales and marketing support professionals, there is one very common theme. “If we could just get our dealers to focus on implementing what we’re teaching them, they would be golden. But most of them are just too distracted with day-to-day firefighting to make any progress.” Many of my own clients readily admit to that major obstacle themselves.
